Management Fee

In exchange for our comprehensive range of services, we charge a negotiable management fee which ranges between 4% and 10%.
This fee covers all the costs associated with the management and administration of your property.
The management fee is typically calculated as a percentage of the property's gross monthly rental income.
The exact percentage may vary depending on factors such as the size and complexity of the property, the scope of services required, the prevailing market rates and location of the property. We believe in transparency and strive to provide exceptional value for our clients. N.B. The security deposits shall not attract a commission.
